By downloading, installing, or using Body Workout, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Not medical or fitness advice

Body Workout is a personal training log. It does not provide medical, fitness, or coaching advice. Any workout plans, weights, or programs you enter are your own choices. Consult a qualified health or fitness professional before starting or changing a training program.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for performing exercises safely. MrNick Apps is not liable for any injury or harm resulting from your use of the app.

Pro purchases

Body Workout Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks additional features. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms. Refunds are governed by the applicable store's policy.

Intellectual property

The Body Workout app, its name, its design, and all associated materials are owned by MrNick Apps (Niklas Nilsson). You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the app, or specific features, at any time.

Disclaimer

Body Workout is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MrNick Apps disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
