When you write in, it helps a lot if you include:
- Your device (e.g. Pixel 8, Samsung S24)
- Your OS version (Settings → About)
- The app version (see Settings inside Body Workout)
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead
Common issues
I can't sign in
Body Workout requires an account. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen to reset it via email. Still stuck? Email support.
My training data doesn't sync between devices
Make sure you're signed in with the same email on both devices. Sync happens automatically when you have an internet connection.
My Pro purchase isn't recognized
Open the app's Settings and tap "Restore Purchases." If that doesn't work, email support with the store you purchased on (Google Play or App Store) and I'll sort it out.
Rest timer isn't going off
Check that notifications are enabled for Body Workout in your device settings, and that "Do Not Disturb" or a Focus mode isn't suppressing them.
When is the iOS version coming?
iOS is in development. It shares the same codebase as the Android version, so most features will land at the same time. Follow @mrnickapps on TikTok for updates.
Reporting a bug or suggesting a feature
Email away. I keep a real list and prioritize based on what real users ask for.
